Welcome to Base-Line Healing.

This website is based on my recovery from nearly 20 years of depression, and a life-time of physical pain.

I have learned to consciously connect with my Base-Line muscles.

As you become aware of the balance and alignment of your body in relation to your Base-Line, your sense of conscious proprioception will develop and with it the ability to heal yourself.

I'm not selling anything.  I share my experiences in the hope that it will help others to learn to feel better too.   Please bear in mind this site is a work in progress!

It was over two years of hard slog to regain my full range of natural movement.  I had a lot of tensions to work through, a lot of pain to relive in order to release it, but every day was progress towards a balanced body and mind.
